Buckby Gamestation FAQ's

You can either drop off your console personally or post it to us at Buckby GameStation, 64 Lavender Way, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4WP.

If you are dropping off, anytime between 1pm and 7pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is fine or 10am and 4pm on Tuesdays (excluding bank holidays), please call or text us on 07850 186570 to arrange an appointment and you can pay in person by either Cash, Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Otherwise, you can post the console to us with your E-mail address and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice for the due amount once it is repaired. You don’t need a PayPal account in order to pay the invoice, any card will do, the transaction is simply handled by PayPal.

All return postage will be tracked and insured with Royal Mail Tracked 24, the prices for return postage are as follows…

Small Parcel (45cm X 35cm X 16cm) and under 2KG = £5.50 (for all Nintendo Consoles and Xbox Series S).

Large Parcel (61cm X 46cm X 46cm) and under 10KG = £9.50 (for all other lager consoles).

The console will be ready to be picked up or sent back within 3 hours.
